Welcome to Medical Spa SEO Agency. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website and working with us.
By visiting our website, submitting a form, booking a consultation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
About Our Services
Medical Spa SEO Agency provides SEO, content, local SEO, website optimization, citation building, backlink support, audits, consulting, and digital marketing services for medical spas, aesthetic clinics, wellness clinics, and related businesses.
The exact scope of work, deliverables, pricing, timeline, and reporting process will be agreed separately through a proposal, invoice, email, service agreement, or written project plan.
No Guaranteed Rankings or Results
SEO results depend on many factors outside our direct control, including search engine algorithms, market competition, website history, client approvals, technical limitations, content quality, backlink profile, reviews, user behavior, and changes made by third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, leads, bookings, revenue, Google Maps placement, AI search mentions, or search engine visibility.
Any case studies, examples, screenshots, or results shared on our website are for informational purposes only. Past performance does not promise the same result for every client.
Medical and Aesthetic Content
Our services may include content related to medical spa treatments, aesthetic services, skin care, injectables, wellness services, and related topics.
We are not a medical provider, healthcare provider, legal advisor, or compliance advisor. Any medical, treatment-related, safety, pricing, before-and-after, claims-based, or regulated content must be reviewed and approved by the client or the client’s licensed professional before publication.
The client is responsible for confirming that all website content, advertising claims, treatment descriptions, disclaimers, before-and-after images, patient reviews, and promotional material follow applicable laws, platform policies, and professional standards.
Client Responsibilities
To deliver the agreed services, we may need access to your website, Google Business Profile, analytics tools, search console, hosting, CMS, CRM, call tracking, booking system, or other platforms.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely access, approvals, brand details, service information, treatment details, images, location data, and feedback when needed.
Delays in access, approvals, communication, payment, or content review may delay the project timeline.
The client is responsible for the accuracy of business information, treatment details, pricing, offers, medical claims, legal compliance, and published materials.
Website Access and Security
If you provide website, hosting, or platform access, you confirm that you have the right to provide that access.
We will take reasonable care while working inside client platforms. However, we are not responsible for issues caused by existing website errors, hosting problems, third-party plugins, theme conflicts, platform outages, malware, security breaches, or changes made by other parties.
We may recommend backups, staging environments, plugin updates, hosting changes, or development support when needed.
Third-Party Platforms
Our work may involve tools and platforms such as Google, Bing, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Ahrefs, WordPress, Shopify, hosting providers, citation sites, directories, CRM systems, call tracking tools, booking tools, and advertising platforms.
We do not own or control these third-party platforms. Their rules, pricing, features, visibility, data accuracy, access, and policies may change at any time.
We are not responsible for losses, delays, errors, suspensions, removals, ranking changes, data changes, or account issues caused by third-party platforms.
Payments and Billing
Fees, payment terms, billing dates, retainers, project costs, and service packages will be stated in the proposal, invoice, or written agreement.
Unless stated otherwise, payments are due according to the agreed billing schedule.
Late payments may result in delayed work, paused services, or suspension of active campaigns.
Any third-party costs, including hosting, plugins, tools, content review, design, development, ads, premium software, stock assets, or paid placements, may be billed separately unless included in the agreed scope.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of SEO, consulting, content, research, strategy, and digital marketing work, payments already made are generally non-refundable once work has started.
Monthly retainers may require a written cancellation notice based on the terms agreed in the proposal or invoice.
If a client cancels during an active project, the client remains responsible for payment for completed work, work in progress, committed resources, and any third-party costs already incurred.
Scope of Work
Only services clearly listed in the agreed proposal, invoice, or written plan are included.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope may require a separate quote or approval.
Examples of extra work may include website redesign, development fixes, advanced tracking setup, CRM setup, ad campaign management, landing page builds, copywriting beyond agreed limits, content uploads, graphic design, schema implementation, technical fixes, or urgent support.
Content, Assets, and Approvals
The client is responsible for providing accurate business details, treatment information, brand assets, approved images, offers, team details, pricing, and location information.
We may create or edit SEO content, page copy, blogs, FAQs, metadata, briefs, citations, and related marketing materials as part of the agreed scope.
Once the client approves content or gives permission to publish, the client accepts responsibility for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of that content.
Intellectual Property
Work created by us remains our property until full payment has been received.
After full payment, the client receives the right to use the completed and approved deliverables created specifically for the client, unless stated otherwise in writing.
We may retain ownership of our internal processes, templates, SOPs, research methods, frameworks, tools, systems, and know-how used to deliver the work.
The client may not resell, copy, share, or reuse our internal documents, strategy files, templates, or systems without written permission.
Case Studies and Results
We may request permission to share client results, screenshots, or case studies for marketing purposes.
If confidentiality is requested, we may anonymize the case study, remove identifying details, blur sensitive data, or describe the project without naming the client.
Any third-party data shown in case studies, such as SEO tools, ranking tools, traffic estimates, or keyword estimates, may not match the client’s internal analytics or CRM data.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat private business information, login details, strategy documents, reports, internal data, pricing, and client information as confidential.
Confidential information will not be shared with outside parties except when needed to deliver services, comply with legal requirements, or work with approved contractors, tools, or service providers.
Protected Health Information
Clients should not send protected health information, patient medical records, private treatment details, patient photos, or sensitive personal information through general website forms, email, or unsecured channels unless proper agreements and safeguards are in place.
If a project requires us to handle protected health information, a separate written agreement may be required before that work begins.
Reviews, Testimonials, and Before-and-After Content
The client is responsible for making sure patient reviews, testimonials, before-and-after images, claims, and promotional content are used with proper permission and in line with applicable laws, platform rules, and professional guidelines.
We may help optimize or place this content, but the client is responsible for confirming that it can legally and ethically be used.
Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to hack, damage, overload, copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with our website, tools, content, systems, or service delivery.
Website Content
The information on our website is provided for general business and marketing purposes only.
We try to keep website information accurate and updated, but we do not promise that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
We may update, remove, or change website content at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Medical Spa SEO Agency will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost leads, ranking drops, traffic changes, platform issues, data loss, website downtime, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service connected to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to protect and hold Medical Spa SEO Agency harmless from claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses related to your business information, website content, treatment claims, client approvals, legal compliance, patient data, advertising claims, third-party platform use, or misuse of our services.
Termination of Services
We may pause or end services if there is non-payment, lack of communication, repeated delays, misuse of our work, unlawful activity, abusive behavior, or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The client may also cancel services according to the written terms agreed in the proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions will be governed by the law.
Any disputes will be handled in the courts or dispute process applicable to that jurisdiction, unless another written agreement says otherwise.
